Refund Policy

Refunds are calculated based on our Cancellation Policy and the recoverable amount from hotels, transport and other suppliers at the time of cancellation.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method, after deducting applicable cancellation and supplier charges.

Certain costs — including confirmed non-refundable hotel nights, permits and special-event tickets — may not be refundable. These are clearly identified at the time of booking.
